Project participants first wrote a description of a color. They then received three color descriptions from other participants and set out to find those colors, either by photographing them in the world around them, or by taking a screen shot of a color they found online.
This online exhibition includes a selection of the color descriptions, each followed by other participants’ interpretations of those descriptions.
The online exhibition of this project is made possible in part by a Spring 2020 Student-Faculty Collaboration Grant from the CSUS College of Arts and Letters.
